I am so sorry to hear about your loss.
I have lost family members and its the worst experience to go through. Everything is going to seem like a terrible dream for a couple of weeks. If you feel like crying then cry. There is no shame in it.
Talk with your friends, be with your family, and remember you aren't in this alone. If you ever need to talk there is always someone here.

Awful thing to hear. Lost my dad on Sept 1 to ALS, whether you know its coming or you don't, it doesnt make it any easier. Sorry for your loss, you and your family truly are in my prayers especially in this Holiday Season. Sending love your way, and prayer for peace and comfort.

Skunk. I’m sorry for your loss. I’ll pray for you and your family. The rant is your family too. We are all here for you. The rant is so much more than a sports board. So sorry to hear about your loss, skunk. I can’t imagine the pain of losing a sibling or a child.
I lost my mom this year and it still hurts. Just pray (If you are of faith) and remember all the good moments you shared.

Everyone grieves in their own way. Take some time to find yours, its ok, its natural, its important.
As time passes you'll become stronger and good memories of your sister will make you smile.
