How long do you continue eating Thanksgiving leftovers?

Tomorrow? The day after? I still have enough leftovers to eat two additional thanksgiving meals

Too late is when the ham makes you sick because it's been in the fridge too long.

ETA: Do you really not ever eat leftovers? A lot of foods only taste better and better the more often you cool and reheat them.

Food will probably still be good in the fridge for a week or so.

No, I didn't mean how long it will be safe to eat, but rather seeing if anyone else eats their thanksgiving food into the middle of the week afterward

I generally gorge on the stuff for like three or four days straight.

I got a family of extraordinary cooks over here. Holiday meals are just fricking unreal. No shame in my game. That rosemary butter stuffed, cranberry crusted smoked turkey is like crack cocaine and I will keep eating that shite so long as it's in the fridge.

I cut the leftover ham off the bone tonight. Leftover meat went into collard greens cooked today. Dat bone went into the freezer for the next time we make soup.

Speaking of hambone...

Man, we did something pretty awesome this year. Turkey neck (plus smoked turkey, but the turkey neck alone makes a good base) pumpkin and kale soup. Cooked one of our mini pumpkins the kids bring home for craft projects or whatever that people use for decorating. A small one. Roasted it, and made it into an Italian style soup.

Give it a shot if you have the shite laying around. It's damn good.

Potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, turkey, kale, garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper.

For the win

Serve with a baguette and stout beer.
