Ah yea, I know Hays. I really liked Manhattan as well, JC not so much but I lived on the outskirts and it was cheap.

Kansas as a whole grew on me, not just KSU, so many nice towns and so much cool history. You get all four seasons and none of them are too severe. Things are cheap and the people are great, very nice and genuine. There's a lot to do outdoors and it isn't crowded. I guess the state is an acquired taste but it wasn't anything at all like what I imagined it would be or how it's portrayed publicly. I'd move back if I could find jobs west of Topeka.
