The missed holding call when Kentucky was able to run a fake put. The D-End was pulled down from behind.. but there were several....
Head to Head contact, if the WR, RB, etc lowers his head and makes contact with a defensive player who goes down to avoid head to head contact... this should not be a penalty...

I get it and HOPEFULLY the replay will show who initiated what; sometimes they get it right and reverse a targeting call.

Sometimes just isn't good enough when the punishment kicks a player out of the game.
The rule sucks, but the enforcement sucks even more because it specifically states "when in doubt, it's a foul".
I simply can't stand this rule.

I disagree that the rule sucks, only the implementation of the rule. It's up to the review folks to get it right and I've seen them get it right and screw it up but you're right they will always err on the side of it's a foul.
