Much better performance today....

I’m sure Long Beach won’t be the toughest team on the schedule, but doesn’t matter who we play, our team performed much better today. Only 12 turnovers compared to 22 assists. Much better on both! Much of that has to do with Harris starting at the point I’m sure, but the press didn’t seem to bother us much today either. Geist contributed 16 off the bench and 10 or so rebounds. Robertson and Porter got better looks. Tilmon stayed out of foul trouble and made contributions. Shooting percentages were up...mostly due to better looks and not forcing shots. Overall a much better performance, the level of competition is not relevant. You can look bad against poor teams like Emporia, or you can look good against lesser competition like Long Beach..I prefer the latter all the time.
