Tim Tebow is a tremendous athlete... who pretty well shanked his pro career by not being willing to change position.
Xander could play quite a few positions with his athletic ability but by zeroing in on QB he is highlighting his biggest flaw (poor passing skills).

Killz and I are already making moves to get him to our alma mater for that first weekend in September matchup.
