I don't think Doherty was going to factor in much if any. Seems like he wanted to play baseball. Not a real loss imo.
Strong was a blow though. Now that might mean Crockett has to play. Crockett and Ross are both bigger backs and were 4* recruits.

Wasnt this really expected early this year. I remember Gabe saying something in his mailbag that he really had no future in the football program for "reasons"

Quitting football doesn't surprise me. It was an eventuality. Leaving Mizzou surprises me. Well, would have surprised me until TJ decided to waste away another top high school recruit so he could play a light hitting .220 junior that was a newcomer as well.
