I can't think of a better year to make a coaching change

We might be the only school in the SEC looking for a coach, so that helps us out with the lack of competition.

Barry Odom wasn't hired by Jim Sterk, so it shouldn't be hard for him to pull the trigger on Odom not to mention Odom isn't popular with the fan base anyway.

We just got a badass South Endzone complex that will bring us closer to par with the other middle of the pack SEC schools facilities, which will help with recruiting

Jim Sterk has proven he can make a good hire. We saw what happened to our basketball team when Jim Sterk hired Cuonzo. Maybe the same could happen to our football program.

Fans will be excited to see what the new staff can do and will probably want to see the new South Endzone, so hopefully that will help out with attendance.

A new QB era begins next season.
