How did AJ Ricker even get hired to coach at this level?

I've seen high school offensive lines more organized and more capable of blocking than this.

He was the OLine coach at Illinois, that powerhouse that has done nothing for 10+ years.

This was seriously going to be my next thread. I was going to pull up numbers first but his coaching experience?
2 years grad asst at W. Michigan
1 year OL at W. Michigan
1 year OL at St. Joseph College
1 year HC at St. Joseph College
2 year OL at W. Michigan
1 year OL at Illinois
I'd love to see the numbers from those schools to see exactly what in the hell qualified him for a job at an SEC school. 1 year in the bigs and that was at Illinois.
