It is pretty amazing that with the relative stability in the coaching staff that there is no heir apparent to GP.

I think their would be an heir, but Pinkel loves to get his own guys. He typically gets guys who are content at the assistant ranks. He has never gotten a hungry young guy that just rises up the ranks. He just sticks with guys from Toledo or somebody closely connected to him. That would exclude heir qualities right there.
