We just hired Coach Luper from TCU as the OC, his son Chance Luper is one special player and he did not sign his LOI with Boise St.
I think we get two Luper's.

Yes it is. He decided caddying was a cut throat profession and started coaching football.

Navy covered this on the Coaching staff site, but I noticed that Luper's son Chance did get an offer, maybe its a pair deal.
