Its also a long season and jumping off the proverbial bridge in early june, only 4 games back of an overachieving Brewer club, is kind of funny.

I haven't jumped off that bridge. In my opinion, I'd rather the team have their skid now than later.

However, many Cards fans have already leaped off the bridge, which makes them just like Bama fans.

This team is young, shite like this is going to happen.

I think people need to temper their expectations a bit and enjoy the team.

My only real gripe is how MM is handling the outfield situation, and Holliday...

My only real gripe

There are things to gripe about on the playing field level, but my biggest gripes transcend them.

I think the front office made some bad decisions and more importantly didn't make decisions they should have this winter.

Peralta has hit under .250 3 out of his last 4 full seasons. (STFU about on base percentage).

With the starters that we have and the ones we have coming up we should have been preemptive and moved Miller this winter. STFU about never having too much pitching. There is a long argument attached to this, if you wanna come at me be prepared to lose.

CMart is a starter. His fast paced, unpredictable variety of pitches works best over the course of multiple innings.

I can understand wanting to see what Adams can do with regular at bats (I still would have moved him in a package with Miller, I understand why they didn't), but as of now they should move him and hopefully Craig can shake the grandpa body english at a more energy conserving position and open up an everyday spot for a young OFer and relieve some of the logjam that ripples all the way down to AA by holding Ramsey back.

eta: and that wasn't directed at you, remote, just to the thread.
