Here's the difference - killz wants access, and knows how to be a good guest. He has had no problems on the boards he has access to, including Arkansas and Tennessee. To my knowledge, Jeff doesn't want access here, and I'm unaware of any track record on other team boards. Considering his hate for Missouri, I'm disinclined for this board to be his guinea pig.
Eta - calling a board admin a bitch and an a-hole is generally not going to get you access to that board. Especially when it's unprovoked.
