The coaching staff really laid the groundwork for the 2015 class the last 2 years.
If they can turn Greg Taylor's commitment into commitments from Beckner and Strong, that would be huge. If Nate Brown can help pull in Anree Saint-Amour, that's potentially two 4* recruits and a 5* recruit. Combine that with the stacked Missouri class next year, and the 2015 class needs to be huge.

Telling ya, ESL is back in prominence. Taylor was HUGE for us. Nate would be bigger. Beckner would be the biggest. They also have a freshman WR, Jeff Thomas (2017) that is already winning all everything awards. It is a gold mine of talent just 2 hours from COMO and a stones throw from STL. Have got to continue making in roads and relationships there.

I remember his coach saying something about how he had offers from nearly all the big schools, except LSU. I might have read too much into it, but it came off as being annoyed that they didn't think enough of Beckner to have offered him earlier. Regardless, he's made some pro-Mizzou comments even since being offered by all the USC's and Ohio State's of the world. Not that we're at the top of his list, but definitely encouraging stuff.

Oh I know, it's what got me to actually go to their twitter page. Happened to see the convo y'all had. Nothing bad. Just wanted to make sure you knew that was probably actually Coach Sunkett.
If you scroll down a bit he talks about having met with Mizzou for a couple hours one day and LSU for a few hours later in the day.

I don't know 100% but I'm a good 95% sure it's him and/or someone on his staff that helps him get the word out. Just be complimentary like you were. Oh, but leave the talk about them being dirty here and not over there.
