Opening up the season 5-0 is critical in getting things going in the right direction. I think GP has too much pride to not get it done. Finishing strong on signing day is all about 3-4 years from now. EZE is the only exception and could impact wins (like DGB against Tenn).

I'd hate to lose Jones too. But if he truly wants to play QB in college, he's not likely to do that at Mizzou. I'd rather us be honest with him than lie to get him to commit and yank the rug out from under him. I hope he stays a Tiger. 
Tigerboard is saying Singleton and Johnson look likely to be Tigers. And that Singleton is recruiting EZE pretty hard. I think we're still in it for EZE, but don't have a great feeling about it.

Someone over at Tigerboard posted that the Boehms told the staff what was up with this kid. Apparently Ramirez is his tag-along, wants to be like Boyd but doesn't have quite that level of thug POS. But this kind of behavior plus grades led the staff to pull Ramirez' offer.

This whole EZE recruitment has me stupified. From what I've read about the family, I really don't think they'd jerk mom and dad's alma mater around just to create hype if it's the same decision made 10 months ago. I just don't think they'd do that if the decision was made almost a year ago. I can only come up with one explanation but I'm not saying it and jinxing Mizzou.
