The cups have smelled since about 2003 when they went to a much cheaper plastic. I've always thought the liquor made it worse. I still remember to this day thinking someone's(or mine) feet smelling like shite. Then I realized I was getting that smell every time I took a swig.

anyone that bought a drink has noticed. You'd think they could have fixed that problem after a year.

they store the cups by the templeton troughs during the week. the mold in the cups is inpregnated with shoe splatter.

I will say that I think they make my whiskey taste better. Must be a trade off.

I've been running tests on this subject since 2005 and haven't found a plausible answer.
