Could we do better at the OC position? Definitely. I'd still be in favor of getting rid of him for a lights-out recruiter and QB coach -- and getting rid of Sallach for a lights out recruiter and special teams coach(allowing TE to work with WR on pass catching and OL on blocking)...

Tyler wasn't the QB for our offense plain and simple.
