You can email the site admins, but I don't think that would help anything, might hurt your cause actually.
The SOP is to do what you've already done, which is post in the request thread up top or start a thread. I have no idea why it's taken so long, considering other alters that troll the board get access on the same day. Maybe it's because they have Georgia as their favorite team, who knows.
