SEC rant on Android smart phone..

I have a problem when people post gifs I can't see them...is there some app I need.....any help would be much appreciated.

Try Chrome works on my GS3. If not that try Dolphin browser that might work.

No for some reason anytime I try to download anything app wise.....the install always has errors....and even when they do install.....its just a black screen....should I reset to factory???

ended up doing the factory reset....downloaded ff...works great...a lot faster.
