Pick'em Help

Chicken, I am not able to make pick'em picks nor am I able to look at my results. It is showing that I went 12-3 this past week but when I click on 'My Results' it shows that I didn't pick. This is also preventing me from picking this week.

I did, like an idiot, pick Tampa Bay in the survivor, but it isn't letting me do anything in the other two. Please advise on how I screwed the pooch.
