You mean like bold them on the forum main page or something? I'd support that.

Just click on "my posts" at the top in your links. It shows you if anyone has replied to you. From there you can jump right to your post, jump to the replies, or start at the beginning. I use it all the time.

The bolded is a good idea as well.
