How About an Upvote to Downvote Ratio Function?

I think the current system is cool and all, but I think it would be even cooler if there were a running tally function for each user so other people can see at a glance who's posts are worth reading and who's aren't.

I mean sure, someone may have an off night and write an OP that garners only like 20 downvotes, but without a running tally you don't know if maybe that person is talented enough to receive say, 100 downvotes, with a single post.
