How? Pop ups are blocked in all my settings. Only site I’m having trouble with is this?

He ain’t wrong. The pop ups are horrendous. Goes in cycles with this website it seems

Get rid of those iPhones and you won't have this problem.

Not necessarily. It happens on other devices too but this particular one really likes Safari for iOS.
Right now it pretty much has made the place unusable for me in my iPhone. Turning off JavaScript has stopped them in the past but that trashes too many other sites,

I'm an Android user and came to the help forum to see if anyone else was experiencing the same problem.
Now, while my browser keeps blocking them ... they are still annoying as hell. Has to block six to eight pop-ups every time I switch forums from SECr to Recruiting to PoliBoard to Movie Board ... hundreds during the course of the day, a total of a couple of hours of browsing time while going about my normal routine.
Noticed lately that they have just gotten insanely prevalent while fighting off the blocked pop-ups notifications.
Sheeeeeeeesh.
Owning some sites of my own I totally get the need to up impressions during the off-season to increase a fall-off in revenue but damn ... this is rough.
Again, just dropping-in the Help Forum to see if anyone else was being inundated ... glad to know I'm not the only one. Just assumed some malware had infected my browser so I ran a scan first ... should have come here first.
ETA: For instance, just while posting in this thread ...
... and I've been hit with eight more just while editing to add the pic.

So I've been using Brave only, for this site only, since the post above and as of today ... it's been what, 18 days? FWIW
