Genro...here's your new sig

I thought I figured out how to get the sig pic to switch messages between grey and white, so I attempted to make you something much better than the olympics sig utilizing the white/grey switch.

I perfectly matched the grey, and then I entered letters in white, but that didn't work. I have an idea why it didn't work, but I figured you could tell me the secret.
