Can we get a "first unread post" option when clicking on a topic we are following?
This is on several other boards I follow and makes it easier when trying to keep up with long threads.

not sure how the other sites do it but you could bookmark the post that you last read. Click the star icon on the far right of the subject.

I think VBulletin sites just store it in the user's session object. Keeps track of threads viewed by user, and the last post in the thread when viewed.
