I knew this from the beginning, I was just helping it along a little. Broke still sucks arse though.

I don't understand the process of how people get on other boards. Tons of OM posters and State posters post on each others boards. I'm pretty sure the majority of Mizzou posters would let me in. There are people that have posted since me in that thread that have already been granted access to boards.
I just don't get it. I'm surrounded by Mizzou folks in my everyday life so I actually do enjoy talking to those guys and would really like to be able to post on their board. Hopefully the admins will let me in eventually.

In my case, Killz took it to the Mizzou board, they voted, and I got like a 6-5 yes/no vote. So I came back to the help board, linked that thread in the request for access thread, and nothing ever happened. Asked 3 times and then finally gave up.
Maybe the admin thought my vote was too close...
A couple of days later, SLC just posted a thread on the help board asking for access to the Mizzou board, and it was just granted - no vote or anything. So I have no idea.

Actually, the same applies with me. Cheshire...you and I live in the same city. I have quite a few hog friends who like to talk SEC sports all day every day.
I'm serious when I say that I'd like access during basketball season only simply to rationally and level-headedly discuss bball with a fanbase that understands and appreciates good basketball.
I have no problem with the Arky posters. Quite the contrary. Just Porker and Dale are arse zits. That's all.
If you get me Arkansas access for bball season, I promise that I'll get you Mizzou access.

Cheshire, make a thread or something. I dont think there would be any resistance what so ever to you joining the Mizzou board from Mizzou posters.

Appreciate the response kilo and killz. I will definitely start one up. Would love to be able to come talk sports with you guys again.
