Chicken - I'd Like to Start a "Troll and Flame" Thread (It's Halloween Damn it)

The idea is that in one specific thread, the only purpose of that thread is to troll and flame each other. It would be the one place where trolling and flaming would be 100 percent acceptable. Perhaps it would pull some trolls out of other more worthy threads.
Of course other rant rules would still apply: No porn, etc. But, if people want to flame each other or troll a fanbase, they could firebomb this specific thread without fear of banishment. A place to let out frustrations.
Just an idea. What do you think Chicken?
(I know Hugo will post before you. I assume he's your voice so I'll accept his post as you speaking thru him.)

I was originally hoping for a Chicken, Ice, Rummy sanctioned troll/flame thread. A thread that wouldn't be anchored or result in banishments.
