Can we remove this ad from circulation?

Because seriously, this is the worst ad I've seen on this forum in 10 years. It floats over the bottom of the screen on mobile, and expands randomly. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced it or the mods knew but I thought I'd pass it along.
