Am I the only one getting pop ups every 2 or 3 minutes?

Ok, so it is happening on every site I visit. I am not well versed on my Samsung phone so I can't find out what happened. The only thing I have downloaded to my knowledge is a picture of my wife and the ESPN app. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
?? edit: nevermind, it was the Hulu app I think or at least it stopped after I deleted the app.
