Stalled out on current program and thinking of giving a Kinobody program a shot. I know the guy is a giant douche and probably isn’t natty, but on paper his Greek God program seems decent if you increase the volume/frequency a bit.

I never trust “testimonials” and such, so I was hoping people here could offer some insight.

He does intermittent fasting and eats the best quality food bc he’s a trust fund baby

When you don’t have to work and can lay around all day to recover while eating good food you will look like him with any half decent training program.

The programs are great for a natural, just need to add some squats. You don't need to add anymore volume or frequency, stop with that dumb shite. Stick to the diet, stick to the program. Consistentcy is is the key. If bulking use Greek good or super hero.

He is a douche though so here are all his programs for free

Thank you sir! I definitely wasn't about to pay for this stuff so I appreciate it.

Is once/twice a week for let's say chest at 5,6,8 RPT really enough to elicit strength and hypertrophy gains? I mean, 6 sets per week and 38 reps seems low to me but I could be completely wrong!

You are, push the sets to complete failure. Advance in reps or weights every session, stay consistent and you will be fine.

But if you want more volume supplement with sub maximal sets of bodyweight movements through the day like pushups and chins. See my greyskull thread for further explanation

Ah I’m definitely familiar with the Greyskull frequency method. Do you think instead of alternating AxBxA it would be beneficial to do ABxAB?

Keep it how it is for at least 8 weeks. After that if you want to adjust go ahead
