Nuss, Nord, Shannon is #3 and bell goes with him. That still doesn't fix Mac's ability to hire mediocre assistants. Only these guys have earned their checks on the field and recruiting trail:

Looks like that eliminates Franklin , Fuente and Gundy. I think when it comes down to money Kiffin would be a lot cheaper then the rest . Kelly could be the cheapest if the rumors about his NFL pay outs are true . But then again UF would be coaching got free.
What’s the coach at Iowa states buy out and Macs? Maybe if Macs is high and he wants out then we could get a new coach with out paying his 12 million dollar buyout .
