Johnny Townsend sets school record for career punts...in other words, complete offensive ineptitude during the muschamp and Mcelwain eras

Fantastic drive that ends in points. Great vision by Franks, great finish by Goolsby. We look like a real team.

Another great drive that ends in a touchdown. 7 plays, 78 yards in four minutes. This is the best we've looked all year.

Outside of one play, the defense has been lights out.

Whoever inherits this team will have a veteran force on both sides of the ball.

Stadium crowd is thin. Is this the most points all season?

Upper deck is barren, and I believe it is. We held them to less than 100 yards through three quarters, too. We looked pretty impressive.

You know what? Good for them. They had every reason to go out there and whiff this one. I'm proud of them for showing up.

I'm extremely proud of them, they woke up and in spite of us missing like 15 starters all over the field on both sides of the team, they went in and shut down UAB, who a lot of people were picking to beat us.

Went out and played like Gators, I'm really proud of them.

It was a great win. It is kind of sad that I thought this would be a close game because of how bad we have been the past few years. I am so ready for Kelly to Make Florida Great Again!!!

Down to 52 scholy players. Brutal.

What's even more impressive is that we won the game with the refs absolutely skullfrickin' us about the entire time.

There were at least four missed pass interference calls (at least), a pair of phantom holdings that cut out huge gains (they would never be called against Georgia/Bama), a personal foul on Ivey after he got thrown to the ground by his jersey and a personal foul on...Johnny Townsend? They called unnecessary roughness on our fricking punter with 1 minute to go.

Watching the Washington game -- Targeting has got to be changed by next year. The penalty is completely bogus.

Was out fishing in tournament and only got brief radio play by plays til I got home and watch the last few minutes. I think Franks is learning his craft and will be a good QB in the future. The team seemed to play with more energy and with focus.

It seemed to me that Nuss called a lot of plays that had Franks releasing the ball quicker and avoiding sacks. We have had too many sacks this season and some of it is on the QB and some on OL, RBs missing key blocks.

Too bad we had a game cancelled, but we could go bowling by beating the girls school because of that. 5-6 aint pretty but bowl practices could really help our young players.

Id say true if not for a changing of the guard. Another practice for a system they wont use next year doesnt help them.
