Watching the game again last night, and the announcer said talking to Mullen about Emory he described his throwing ability as Mahomes like.

I heard that to but is just coach talk. If Mullen really felt that way then Jones wouldn’t have been beat out by 2 QBs.

Might mean arm talent. Perhaps Jones is still learning the nuances of the offense?
