Absolute MONSTER! Elam, Bogle, Diabate etc

Excited to see em all in yr 2 but Elam is special imo.

Looked like a beast everytime he hit the field. Even tho it was limited action.

I’m jealous we missed out on Elam.

I thought some of y’all were singing Dean’s praise after his freshman year?

Dean's great at traditional CB.

No where near physical/agile enough at STAR. Obviously that can change, but he just simply works better out at the edge.

Also:

If we're making a post about a player, please put *HYPE* in the subject line.

I've got battered woman syndrome, I always think it's an injury, an arrest or a transfer.

And finally: Thank you for your vote of confidence in my DB skills, Albino.

Dean did good his freshman year but his comparison was CJ McWilliams who sucked

At Star, he was getting compared to Chauncey Gardner who he replaced.

I think that he will bounce back this year once he gets his position figured out like Chauncey Gardner did.

People forget that Chauncey was hot dogshit at STAR his first year, it's a very, very difficult position. In our defense you basically have to be able to be: LB, S, CB -- all in one. Physical but fast.

Hopefully Dean can change his skillset, otherwise we'll just have to utilize him on the outside. His best plays came from when he lined up at conventional CB.
