I'll see if I could find the link, but I was reading somewhere that Napier has been talking to Bull Gators about setting up NIL funds specifically for the portal. If true, and that get's going, it could be a game changer.

In most cases the guys who transfers out are ones who havent seen the field or rarely used and guys the coaches dont sweat losing. It frees up schollys for guys we want to transfer in and JUCOs etc
