I really hope he shows out on Saturday. I had high hopes for him, but that ACL injury made me back off.

That's understandable. I remember his Rivals camp in CLT before his Jr season, that's when he exploded onto the recruiting scene. He dominated everyone, nobody could stop him. They jumped him to 5* after that camp on all the sites.

I'm not expecting a big game from him this weekend. I think he's going to be thinking a lot about assignments and trying to make sure he doesn't lose containment or be out of position. Once he figures that out though, his natural athleticism is going to make him elite.

The play he got hurt on his SR year, he was actually on offense running with the ball.

One thing he'll bring is swagger. He's a tough kid, and the drop in the rankings really pissed him off. He was dropped b/c he wasn't doing the recruiting circuits anymore and got hurt his Jr and Sr seasons. He's coming in with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove. Hopefully that attitude translates to some TFL's/Sacks.

I believe he was a Top 150 player according to the 247 Composite for last years class. I'll be interested to see how he plays coming off that knee injury for sure.
