The American Athletic Conference suspended Goodwin for one game for intentionally tripping Sindarius Thornwell while Goodwin was on the bench. Didn't make a difference, as the Tigers played an overmatched non-conference opponent, but it's nice that they took action.

Good. That mother fricker made his state of mind obvious with his pregame ritual of hyping the Memphis team by throwing elbows against an imaginary post defender in the pregame.

frick that dumb arse bitch. One of the dirtiest basketball players I've ever watched in person.

I don't think anyone should be surprised that a player that blatantly exhibits flagrant 2 fouls as a hype mechanism gets suspended for some pussy shite like that.

I hope we treat Memphis in basketball the way we treat Miami in football and never schedule those thugs again.

Here's the crazy thing ... Goodwin was a "Sportsmanship Award" winner at Memphis. But he went total thug in that game. Go figure. He had already been busted for a flagrant 1 before he tripped Sin over by the bench.
