New obstruction of justice and conspiracy charges are filed against Micah "Rock Smasher" Rogers' father and friend, 17 year old Alden Gainey.
Mr Rogers said that his own investigation into finding out the real truth behind the rock smashing is what led to his arrest.

But Clemson fans and tigernet was so sure that it was those scum of the earth coots that did it because they can't handle their new found success

I am just speculating here, but I think he didn't give up the tools that were used to bust up the rock.also he was uncooperative in divulging information on his sons whereabouts the night of the incident
