Anyone have a good Carnitas recipe?

I can’t find the one I usuallymake which has a dash of condensed milk for some reason. It was not sweet but added interesting flavors. It also of course had oranges cinnamon and the usual oregano and spices. I’m just curious if anyone has a favorite recipe

I've used a few various recipes using the slow cooker and they've all come out pretty well overall. You gotta cook it hot on the cast iron at the end though

Home sick texan has a good one

If you have time and a sous vide this one is awesome, deep fry it instead of broil for the best results

You have to boil the condensed milk down baw. The little can doesnt come presweet. Gotta reduce it.
