Getting back in gym after pulled lat

Pulled my right lat on December 20, took time off and got back in gym first week of January. Reinjured the same deal and was in a lot of pain until today. Want to get back to doing something but not sure where to start... can I run? Pushups? Arms? Bench? Squats?
Just dont want to get back and reinjure it again, advice?

I’ve never pulled a lat but I’d recommend taking as much time to heal as you can and start off very light when you do. Stretch as much as you can too.

Lol I had a strain in my lat too. I just kept lifting. Don’t do that. I’m an idiot and could have caused real damage.

No pain again today, going back to gym in the morning, guess I'll just do non back exercises for now, skip the rows and pullups.
Anyone see an issue with that? Will probably do about 75% weight wise

Do some physical therapy. Learn some good stretches and strengthen it back slowly. Maybe some massage to work out the scar tissue
