Only Storz

He’s not someone I see going top 10 next year unless he’s LSU’s Friday guy and dominates. He’s had a small sample size for scouts to see him the past two years.

Dumb question but how is Hess a draft eligible sophomore again?

Outside of their year in school, players are also eligible if they are 21 at the time of the draft or within a certain amount of days following the draft (45 I think).

I wonder if Hess and/or Watson might decide to stay for another year given how poor this season has been (barring a hot postseason run).

Both need to stay. Watson's year had to many 0 for 4's and strikeouts.Maybe he can turn it on in postseason like he did last year.
Hess needs to become a pitcher, not just a thrower. (Depends if the Tigers leave him in the rotation or send him back to closer.

Hess is being misused by his own doing. He’s gone for sure . Watson has digressed terribly at the plate. He may come back . His family has said it’s possible

Watson has regressed for the most part at the plate since he lit up SEC pitching early in the year. Hasn’t hit a single HR since March and a lot of his hits seem to be in non competive situations.

Hess and Watson will have a decision to make this June. It 100% depends on when they are picked and by which team.

If Hess wants to return as a starter, it’s not a loss.
