Turkey oysters

Will I lose the oysters when I spatchcock my turkey or is it possible to cut around them and keep them on the bird?

All you're doing will be taking out the backbone. The oysters will be in place. My favorite part of the bird.

If I were you I would simply make sure to cut the Turkey in such a way that you don’t lose the oysters
