Embarrassing representation of Bama fans on GameDay

Wow, for the gumps to have talked so much shite about this game for the past several months, they sure as hell didn't show up for GameDay. I think I counted 10 in the crowd, that looked like a sea of black. Looks like they're not as confident about their team as they let on. Either that or they can't afford the amount of gas for their RV/trailer homes to make the drive

Food stamps are not accepted for the UGA game tickets. Thats why the poor showing.

GameDay was at Auburn last week. We drove down during the afternoon for the football game.No way in hell I would get up at 6 and drive down to hold a sign admidst the enemy.

Alabama fans have gone off the deep end,but I wouldn't hold attendance at GameDay against them.

It may be less about affording the gas than being able to find it. Apparently gas is in very short supply in the Atlanta/Athens area and one oil company official was publicly calling for the game to be cancelled because of lack of gasoline supply in the area. Some the Bama fans may have decided to stay home rather than risk being stranded in Athens for lack of gasoline.
