Is this saying that the SEC generated 64% of the NCAA's total revenue or is that 1.12 billion figure not including the 720 million from the SEC? I know the SEC is a cash cow but I'm not sure I buy that. March Madness alone generates over a billion dollars in ad revenue.

It's a poorly written article that doesn't quite spell things out correctly.
