With all due respect I don't believe that's entirely accurate. Bama's DLine held up pretty well and basically was a stalemate for the game. I think it was around 80+ yards rushing without read option or about 4 yards a rush. The problem for Bama was defensive players running into each other, LBs and safeties lost, confused and way out of position, ill timed and totally ineffective blitzes that UF easily picked up OR, Bama defenders ran into the backs of their fellow defensive players.
I mean this as no disrespect to Florida because Mullen's game plan was highly effective and it worked. In addition, Emory executed that offense almost to perfection
