Napier is good right where he is - a lower mid level program, in a lower mid level conference with a lower mid level schedule.

UL-L is a graveyard for HCs wanting to move up. By the time they've built their advancement resume, the bottom has fallen out and that ends that - Napier is approaching that cycle now. Im sure his pipe dream is an LSU, USC, Notre Dame etc, etc, but the reality is maybe a Kansas or an SMU. But he better get while the getting's good.
