I have no details

A mutual friend called me and told me and I've already seen the obit

Way too young to die. See you Heaven my friend. We aren't meant for this world, but the Ozark Mountains you ran around in were as close as this world will ever get to Heaven.

PRJ was a truck driver and he saw every inch of America I believe.

damnit

my buddy overtheroadtruckdriver aka OTR (not an actual truck driver) died just a year ago, July 2020

OTR died of a heart attack after mowing his yard. He'd been going nuts in the weight room, getting big, but had not done enough cardio exercise to mix with it

I have angina

What that means if you think you have bad discomfort in your chest when you just begin walking or jogging or bicycling, is just STOP. Stop for a few minutes, then proceed. Sometimes it's gone the first time. Sometimes if you're really pushing it running or cycling, you need to stop and stretch it out 3 or 4 times maybe.

With me, if it bothers me at all, which is rare, it's always completely gone at worst case scenario in 17 fricking minutes. Then I can walk or ride for now to kingdom come (I don't run anymore, maybe later, but not now. I'm thinking of taking up Jiu Jitsu, which is good cardio, and a good non-violent self defense martial art)

the whole angina thing is similar to the story I think (and I'm sure as hell no doctor) to the shoveling snow/heart attack thing. If you feel the first slight discomfort, fricking stop. With hard cold weather, obviously go back in and warm up, it's your blood vessels constricted

Thanks for posting this. During the fan wars over Nutt, he had some good stories that many people wanted to believe. Some of the things he would come up with were certainly a stretch, but there were enough times there was a kernel of truth.

RIP PRJ.
