Yep, you can see the plan is to be bigger and stronger (what a concept) and dominate the trenches. The weight gains are significant. some 3-4 makes sense.

Also seems like Mason wants the D to be more multiple so that they can take advantage of position matchups.
The most we saw that in the last few years was 2019 LSU, and that was just because we had two world beaters on the line who could allow us to drop 7 in coverage.
