Serious question but has there ever been a former NFL coach that recruits well besides Nick Saban?

I generally see the best recruiters being the younger assistants (30's to early 40s) that have the energy to do stuff like that.

That’s what everyone says in interviews. I have yet to question someone on job hopping that didn’t tell me they were ready to settle down.
