Their new chancellor is good, but they have no president, have no AD, and have no coach right now. They really need to clean house completely and start over because what they've been doing the last 15 years has gotten them nowhere. All of us have been in their situation culturally at some point, but they, for whatever reason, haven't been able to identify their problems and make the necessary changes. Bringing in Fulmer was possibly the dumbest thing they could have done.
